Xxv Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• If a match is completed outside of its scheduled time, xxv will determine whether the bet stands as valid.
• Xxv reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• The maximum stake limit for a single bet may vary depending on the sport and event.

All betting decisions made by xxv are final, and xxv's ruling shall apply in the case of any dispute.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform for abnormal gains.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to introduce malicious code or malware into xxv's systems.

Xxv may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing incorrect information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
